Terms of Service

By accessing or using SendQuote (“the Service”), operated by SendQuote (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SendQuote is an AI-powered proposal generation tool designed for freelancers and independent contractors. The Service allows users to generate professional business proposals using artificial intelligence. Proposals are generated based on information you provide and are for your own professional use.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using SendQuote, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

SendQuote offers a 7-day free trial, after which a subscription fee of €49 per month applies. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to up to 3 proposals. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue generating proposals. Trial proposals remain accessible after the trial ends.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use SendQuote to generate proposals containing false information, to impersonate any person or entity, to engage in fraudulent business practices, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Proposals generated by SendQuote are created using artificial intelligence and are based solely on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before sending it to clients. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated proposals for any particular client or business context. You own the proposals you generate and are responsible for their content.

The SendQuote platform, including its software, design, branding, and technology, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all proposals you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input data solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that proposals generated will be accepted by your clients or result in business success.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though you may export your generated proposals before termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.
